Duties

Assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Help with the storage of food items and supplies, ensuring proper rotation and hygiene standards. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed. Keep kitchen equipment clean and in good working order. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in culinary practices and food preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a willingness to help others within the team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
