We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic kitchen team. The Kitchen Porter plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, ensuring that our culinary operations run smoothly. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks as required, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. Keep the kitchen area tidy and organised, including sweeping and mopping floors. Remove waste and ensure proper disposal in accordance with health regulations. Support the team by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills

Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is advantageous. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the kitchen.
