Job Summary

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our team at Vinette Restaurant. The role involves supporting the kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a smooth operations.

Duties

- Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Assisting with basic food preparation tasks
- Collecting and removing waste from the kitchen
- Supporting cooks and chefs as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills

- Experience in a kitchen environment is desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Hours/Pay

- Offering part-time hours, approximately 20 hours per week. Flexible to allow more or less depending on business needs.

- Open 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday) , increasing to 7 days from late February.

- Offering 12.21 per hour + share of TRONC
