We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment, supporting chefs and kitchen staff to deliver excellent service. Duties

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure cleanliness standards are met Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under supervision Maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment Organising storage areas for ingredients and supplies Supporting the team with waste disposal and recycling procedures Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assisting with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen area

Experience

While previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is desirable, it is not essential as training will be provided. However, candidates with skills or background in food preparation, cooking, serving, or culinary arts will find this role particularly suitable. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen or hospitality setting will be advantageous for those looking to further their career within the industry. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key qualities for success in this position.
