Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter at Route 74 Glasgow.

Duties will include :
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Stock and organize supplies in storage areas
- Support the kitchen team with various tasks as needed

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to keep track of inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as required
