Key Responsibilities

Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils efficiently Ensuring crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and returned promptly Assisting chefs with basic food prep tasks when required Unpacking and organising deliveries Emptying bins and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred

, but not essential if you bring a great attitude and willingness to learn A strong work ethic and ability to work quickly and efficiently High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail Good communication and a positive team mentality Ability to follow instructions and take initiative when needed

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays as part of a rota
