Responsibilities

Washing, cleaning, and sanitising all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and organising ingredients Supporting the kitchen team during service periods by ensuring all areas are clean and well-stocked Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout shifts Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with environmental policies Ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times Supporting the delivery of excellent hospitality service by maintaining a tidy and organised kitchen environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends as required A positive attitude with a willingness to learn about culinary operations and hospitality standards

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.22 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
