. As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, as well as assisting our chefs with various tasks.
Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and sanitise kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace.
- Assist chefs with food preparation and plating when needed.
- Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling materials in a responsible manner.
- Keep storage areas organised and tidy.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Adhere to Food Safety Standards.
Experience

1 Year
Previous experience in a kitchen environment.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a can-do attitude and impeccable attention to detail
- Great team worker with strong communication skills; you want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way.
