We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our busy hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our kitchen, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Duties

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen staff Supporting the organisation of storage areas and ensuring all items are correctly stored and labelled Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and kitchen appliances throughout shifts Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Supporting the team during busy service periods by ensuring all necessary items are readily available Adhering to health and safety policies at all times to maintain a safe working environment

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is desirable but not essential. Candidates with a background in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality will find this role particularly suitable. Experience in kitchen operations or serving roles can be advantageous but is not mandatory. We welcome applicants eager to learn and develop their culinary skills within a supportive team environment. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.10-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 20 per week
