The Role

We're looking for a hardworking and reliable

Kitchen Porter

to join our kitchen team. As the backbone of the kitchen, you'll make sure everything runs smoothly by keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and wants to be part of a supportive, energetic team.

Key Responsibilities

Wash and organise all crockery, cutlery, pots, and pans quickly and efficiently. Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times. Assist chefs with basic food preparation when needed. Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed. Help with deliveries, stock rotation, and storing ingredients correctly. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

About You

Hardworking, reliable, and a team player. Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is an advantage but not essential. Commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
