As a Kitchen Porter, you will support our kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient service. Your main responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and sanitising all kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
Managing waste disposal and recycling operations.
Ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, pots, and pans by operating the dishwasher and performing handwashing tasks when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications for the Kitchen Porter
Prior experience in a kitchen environment is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
