Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as required Ensuring the kitchen area remains clean, organised, and free from hazards Supporting the culinary team with general duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning workstations Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen appliances and surfaces Adhering to all health and safety policies within the kitchen environment

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality preferred Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, or culinary activities is desirable Experience in serving or working within a busy hospitality environment is beneficial A proactive attitude with good organisational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards
