Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Steward to join our talented team. As a Steward at Four Seasons Hampshire, you will be an integral part of maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our culinary team can deliver top-notch service and meals in an impeccable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing, glassware, and general kitchen equipment. Assist in the setup, breakdown, and cleaning of dining areas for events and meal services. Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment. Support kitchen and service staff by keeping all kitchen equipment organized and ready for use. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Work collaboratively with a diverse team to meet the needs of our guests. Perform other duties as required to maintain the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department.
