BRAND NEW OPENING - tips and service charge on top. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our busy culinary team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment, supporting chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

Washing, cleaning, and sanitising pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by senior kitchen staff Ensuring the cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas within the kitchen Supporting the organisation of ingredients and supplies to facilitate efficient kitchen operations Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in accordance with health and safety regulations Restocking supplies and ensuring all items are stored correctly after cleaning or preparation tasks Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential; full training will be provided Familiarity with food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations is desirable Experience working in hotels or catering establishments can be beneficial A background in culinary or hospitality roles demonstrates a strong understanding of service standards and teamwork skills
