Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at the Kinloch Hotel. This role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen environment, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs. Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment promptly and efficiently. Support kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth workflow during service hours. Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to in the kitchen. Help with stock rotation and inventory management as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and assist others. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and attention to detail. A passion for food and hospitality is an advantage.
