40 hours/week - Monday to Friday

Up to 28,808 per annum

Role Purpose

To carry out kitchen tasks set for you by your head chef / sous chef To collect deliveries, clean and stock kitchen and restaurant To assist with cleaning duties in an effective and friendly manner To maintain standards of food safety & cleanliness

Main Responsibilities

Washing restaurant and kitchen equipment Checking deliveries and assisting with stock take as required Thoroughly clean at all times and ensure routine cleaning is complete Support Head Chef with food preparation

Person Specification

An understanding of food preparation methods A love of food and a desire to learn more Good communication skills Good timekeeper Thorough and effective in cleaning tasks A friendly attitude towards colleagues and customers
