About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team. This is a key role that helps keep the kitchen running smoothly, supporting chefs and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Washing dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment Keeping the kitchen, storage areas, and staff areas clean and tidy Assisting with basic food preparation when required Taking deliveries and storing stock correctly Disposing of waste and recycling in line with procedures Following all health, safety, and food hygiene standards Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
