Kitchen Porter
Job Description
We require a Kitchen Porter to assist our Kitchen Team during service hours.
Reporting to the Head Chef, your role will involve supporting food preparation and ensuring that all kitchen equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.
Duties will include:
Washing up with the use of a dishwasher, pots and pans etc washed in sink.
Floor to be kept clean and tidy, if spillages occur they must be cleaned up immediately and warning signs erected.
All rubbish to be taken to the appropriate skip at the end of every shift.
Cleaning down work areas and equipment
Shifts times will vary between daytime and evening. Part time hours to full time hours available.
Hourly rate meets the National Living wage.
This is a permanent position, applicants with only seasonal availability need not apply.
