Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our culinary team at DoubleTree by Hilton. Located in Liverpool, this role is essential in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a clean and organised environment. Your contributions will help us maintain the high standards of hospitality that our guests expect.

Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and ensure all kitchen areas are clean and organised. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed. Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces and storage areas. Help with inventory management by organising supplies and notifying staff of shortages. Adhere to health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
