Who we are:

Stewart Brewing is an award winning, Midlothian-based brewery, which is undergoing substantial growth in an exciting market. Located in the Bilston Glen Industrial Estate, Loanhead in a custom-built brewery, the business is all about quality, exceptional service, and a fun, progressive team environment.

This role will be based within our retail team, focused on providing the best customer service within our Beer & Pizza Restaurant and Brewery Taproom. Since opening, our Beer and Pizza restaurant has established a local reputation for serving the finest craft beer and Pizza and we're proudly rated number 1 on TripAdvisor for Midlothian.

Due to the continued success of Midlothian's No 1 restaurant, and an extension to opening hours, this new role has been created to help build, expand, and diversify the menu at Stewart Brewing and help drive us towards our vision to be become the best Brewery restaurant in Scotland!

What your typical day would look like:

You will be part of a team that delivers our new taproom bar experience; where great service, great beer and great pizza are top priorities. Following a trial period, the successful candidate will be required to help establish and deliver a stellar offer at Stewart Brewing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Preparing for service. Maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilise equipment.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
