Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh. This role is crucial in supporting our kitchen operations and ensuring a clean and efficient working environment, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional craft beer experiences.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Assist with food preparation tasks as needed. Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently. Support chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Help manage inventory of kitchen supplies and report shortages. Assist in maintaining a positive team environment. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
