Kitchen Porter
Job Description
Within the position of Kitchen porter you will be responsible for the pot wash area and assisting in the success of the kitchen. You will work to provide a positive, confident, and welcoming catering facility for our clients. Support with activities both front and back of house with a true 'OneISS team' approach. You will be responsible for maintaining a Healthy, Safe, and Secure workplace and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety / Food Safety legislation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Help in receiving and storing deliveries.
- Support chefs and kitchen staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and a team player.
- Good communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 15.24 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
