What you'll do

Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of chefs to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Support banquet and catering events by setting up and breaking down food stations. Handle food safely and adhere to hygiene standards to ensure a clean working environment. Buss tables and assist in serving food to guests during peak hours. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold health and safety regulations.

Basic qualifications

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is key! Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with banquet service or catering operations is a plus. Culinary experience or interest in pursuing a career in the hospitality industry.
