Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our team at one of our workplace restaurants in London EC2N.


This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week between the hours of 7am to 4:30pm. There will be an occasional need for overtime to cover evening events. This will be agreed in advance, and all overtime will be paid.


We are a fresh-food-led operation providing daily catering for up to 200 staff. Our services include breakfast and lunch, alongside daily hospitality and fine-dining events. This role plays a key part in maintaining high hygiene standards, supporting food preparation, and working flexibly within a close-knit team of 12.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Have experience working in a similar role and environment Be highly organised and comfortable working in a high-pressured environment Ensure you have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety Keep up standards of hygiene and ensure all areas are clean and tidy Have excellent customer service and social skills Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff Have a can do attitude and will work well as part of a team of 12 Be customer focused Have basic food knowledge Be willing to participate and enjoy working part of the team
