We have a great opportunity for a Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team - with immediate start - at highly acclaimed modern Greek restaurant OPSO in the heart of Marylebone, London. Your main duties will be to assist our Chef for a smooth preparation and service.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure a speedy and sufficient supply of clean crockery, plates and polished glasses Ensure pots, pans and all equipment are cleaned and put away as per instruction Ensure the kitchen and equipment is cleaned to the standard set by Health & Safety legislation Have a basic understanding and knowledge of food safety law Report any potential hazards / breakages and follow agreed procedures to remedy

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Previous experience of working in a kitchen preferred High standard of personal presentation Committed to delivering a first-class customer service Friendly manner Highly organised Genuine interest in food and drink and desire to progress
