Responsibilities

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to uphold hygiene standards Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen staff Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas within the kitchen Organising and storing crockery, cutlery, and kitchen equipment efficiently Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operation Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with environmental policies

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene standards is advantageous Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the hospitality sector Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends may be beneficial but not mandatory

Pay: 12.21-15.75 per hour
