Kitchen Porter
to join our team and support the Head Chef in maintaining high standards in our kitchen operation.About the Role:
As Kitchen Porter, you'll be a key part of the kitchen team, helping to ensure a clean, organised, and safe environment for food preparation and service. You'll work closely with the chefs and kitchen staff, supporting daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
Our food & beverage outlets include:
The Garden Room Restaurant The Grenfell Lounge The Lounge Bar & Drawing Room The Terrace (seasonally busy and popular with guests)

Experience working in a busy kitchen environment A positive, team-focused attitude Familiarity with basic food safety and health & safety practices Previous hotel kitchen experience is an advantage Commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards
