We are a family-run restaurant built on family values, and we are looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and supporting the chefs in delivering excellent food to our guests.

About the Role:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will be the backbone of the kitchen, ensuring it stays clean, organised, and well-stocked. You'll help maintain high standards of hygiene, support with basic food preparation when required, and make sure the team has everything they need during busy service. This is also a fantastic entry point into a career in hospitality, with opportunities to learn from our chefs and progress within the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and organised at all times Wash and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes to a high standard Support chefs by ensuring ingredients, tools, and equipment are ready when needed Assist with basic food preparation when required Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and support the wider team
About You:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not essential Hard-working, reliable, and able to take direction well Strong team player with a positive attitude Able to work efficiently under pressure Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standard
