Kitchen Porter - Country Inn, Marlborough

Role Overview

We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our new Country Inn. You'll be a vital part of the kitchen team, keeping everything running smoothly and supporting the chefs to deliver outstanding dishes and service. This is a great opportunity to start your career in hospitality and grow with a passionate, purpose-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

Wash, clean, and maintain dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure hygiene standards are upheld Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring smooth kitchen operations Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times

Who You Are

Reliable, hardworking, and proactive Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed Willing to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
