We're looking for a passionate and focused Kitchen Porter to join the dedicated team in our Ouseburn Based Taproom.
A team player who takes pride in their work and understands how critical the KP role is to the smooth running of a successful kitchen.
Duties will include:
- Maintaining a clean and well organized kitchen environment.
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils.
- Ensuring the cleanliness of food preparation areas, including countertops, cutting boards, and equipment.
- Making sure the kitchen is kept stocked with everything needed for service.
- Strict adherence to health and safety guidelines when handling food and cleaning chemicals.
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant, or catering kitchen would be preferred.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
