Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring that ingredients are ready for cooking and service. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Support chefs and kitchen staff in various tasks as required, including basic cooking and serving duties. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help with stock rotation and inventory management to ensure freshness of ingredients. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times. Assist in the delivery of exceptional customer service by supporting front-of-house staff during busy periods.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous. Experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting will be considered an asset. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality are essential.
