Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our team in maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold hygiene standards. Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with organisation and stock replenishment as needed. Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas throughout the shift. Ensuring waste disposal is managed efficiently and recycling protocols are followed. Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Skills

Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or catering establishments is beneficial. Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and responsibilities as required within the hospitality sector. Pay rates will be as per national minimum wage rates for age of applicant.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
