Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team and maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-organised kitchen. This is a hands-on role that requires energy, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all kitchen areas are clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times Wash and properly store all cooking utensils, dishes, glassware, and equipment Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required Manage waste and recycling duties in line with health and safety standards Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and properly used Support the kitchen team in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team player with a positive and proactive attitude Right to work in the UK
