SHIFTS WOULD BE 3 DAYS PER WEEK..

MONDAY.. TUESDAY 3PM TILL FINISH ... APPROX 10.30 AT LATEST

SUNDAY 11AM TILL APPROX 8.30 WE ARE NOT ON A BUS ROUTE.. WOUKD SUIT LOCAL PERSON OR A DRIVER.

Responsibilities:
- Clean the greasetraps in the kitchen and potwash area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food storage areas are clean and organized
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly..cleaning of the bin yard and bins
- Cleaning of filters and fans in the kitchen area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Experience:
- Previous experience in a culinary, hospitality, restaurant, or hotel setting is essential
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Skills: We require late night cleaning also doing a deep clean of the kitchen once a week
- heavy duty cleaning & cleaning.
- Hospitality skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with others in a team environment
- Restaurant or hotel experience: Familiarity with the operations and standards of the industry
- Food preparation: Understanding of proper sanitation practices
- Kitchen help: Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed to support the kitchen staff

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays may also be required.
