Responsibilities
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
Support the cooking team by organising ingredients and maintaining an orderly kitchen environment.
Help with the washing up of dishes, pots, and pans to ensure a smooth workflow during service times.
Dispose of waste appropriately and assist with stock rotation to minimise food waste.
Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service delivery.
