Ruthin Castle is a beautiful retreat; steeped in history and nestled in acres of parkland beside the Clwydian Range in North Wales. The Castle offers four room styles across 54 bedrooms, 4 restaurant and bar dining options along with event suites, which hosts a large number of weddings.

Your main duties as Kitchen Porter include:

Responsible for washing the restaurant dishes and all the kitchen utensils.

Cleans all the larger items of kitchen equipment and the food production areas.

Taking direction from kitchen staff and restaurant management in the delegation of tasks.

Receive deliveries and store them in the stockroom
