Busy Bee Garden Centre is looking for a reliable and hardworking
Full-Time Kitchen Porter
to join our friendly cafe team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and safely
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required
Ensure cleaning schedules are followed, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas
Empty bins and manage waste disposal correctly
Support the smooth running of the kitchen, particularly during busy service periods
Follow all health and safety and food hygiene procedures
Requirements:
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but full training will be provided
Hours:
Full-time, including some weekends and bank holidays
