Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes efficiently. Help organise the kitchen by keeping supplies stocked and equipment in order. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed. Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling practices are followed. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and develop culinary skills in a supportive environment. Basic understanding of food preparation techniques is beneficial. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
