. Play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our chefs in delivering high-quality, seasonal dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils to high hygiene standards Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient prep when required Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas clean, organised, and safe Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures Support the kitchen team during busy service periods

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Dishwasher, or similar is desirable but not essential - training provided Hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic team player Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
