What You'll Be Doing:
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly.
Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes.
Ensure that all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard.
Support the chefs with basic food preparation when needed.
Manage and organise cleaning supplies and equipment.
Ensure all waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.
Assist with deliveries and ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter (preferred but not essential).
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisation and time management skills.
A reliable team player with a positive attitude.
