Responsibilities

Assist with clearing dishes to ensure smooth dining operations Support food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware Help with basic food handling and storage procedures to ensure safety standards are met Support catering and banquet setups by organizing supplies and assisting with serving needs Assist in food presentation and plating as directed by culinary staff Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Contribute to maintaining an organized and sanitized kitchen environment

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is preferred Familiarity with bussing, food preparation, and cleaning procedures is advantageous Experience working in banquet settings or hotel kitchens is a plus Knowledge of food handling safety standards and basic culinary skills are beneficial Prior exposure to kitchen or culinary environments demonstrates a strong foundation for success in this role
