Kitchen Porter | Haar Restaurant | St Andrews

We are on the hunt for a Kitchen Porter to join Haar Restaurant. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role and is looking for full time work.

We are a restaurant that focuses on local produce, delivering the highest possible standard of food to our guests and so we are looking for an individual with a real eye for detail. The Head Chef is very hands on and involved in all parts of production in the kitchen, offering guidance and support.

Job Roles:

- Previous kitchen porter experience

- Ability to work under pressure due to a high volume, high standard food operation

- Hardworking and organised

- High standards of cleanliness

Responsibilities

Ensuring all dishes, pots and pans are washed and dried

- Keeping dish washer areas clean, all kitchen areas clean and meeting kitchen hygiene standards

- Ensure recycling is completed
- Assisting the kitchen team as and when required
