We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, ensuring all ingredients are ready for cooking. Help maintain stock levels by assisting with deliveries and inventory management. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods by providing additional assistance where needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or culinary setting is advantageous but not essential. A willingness to learn and develop skills in food preparation and kitchen operations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards. A positive attitude towards helping others and contributing to a collaborative work environment.
