Job Description
Gin and Juice Mumbles is looking for Kitchen Porter to join our team in Swansea.
The Position:
Th Kitchen Porter will be required to help maintain the kitchen during service and assist the chefs.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Set up food preparation areas with supplies, tools, and equipment as necessary. Clean food preparation areas, including removing rubbish from storage areas, cleaning all crockery and equiptment. Wash and maintain all kitchen and bar equipment during service and ensure cleanliness. Maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen by following safety procedures and guidelines; reporting any concerns; participating in training sessions; following policies and procedures; working safely around heat sources such as stoves, ovens, frying pans, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.50-12.00 per hour
