Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen staff.
Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and recycling procedures are followed.
Help with the organisation of deliveries and stock rotation to maintain freshness.
Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality or culinary environment is advantageous but not essential.
A strong willingness to learn about food preparation and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
