Warwick Castle

. You would be based in one of our restaurants working alongside our amazing team of chefs and cooks.

The Role





In this role, you'll help to ensure that the facilities in our kitchens are maintained to the highest standards. We need people to help keep the strictest levels of cleanliness in the food preparation areas by working closely with all the Chefs in our busy kitchens.



Working straight shifts on a rota basis, the role offers excellent prospects for those interested in a career as a Chef, or any other aspect of the catering industry. We proactively seek to develop all our employees who show promise.



Shifts will generally be between 4 and 8 hours.



Due to the nature of the business, shifts will vary from early, daytime, and late shifts, and will include bank holidays. This is seasonal role with a contract until November 2025.



Our hourly rates are 8.03 (16-17) 10.00 (18-20) 12.21 (21+)



Your main responsibilities will include:



Supporting Chefs with basic food preparation. This may involve cutting, peeling, and washing food items Keeping the kitchen clean and providing a safe working environment for all Preparing the kitchen area prior to service Supporting with deliveries and making sure stock is tidy Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly Washing and cleaning dishes

Pay and Benefits

Qualifications and experience needed





Previous experience would be great but not essential, as we will give you all the training you need to be the best at this role Flexibility in availability is preferred Willingness to learn A positive can-do attitude
