Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils. Assist chefs with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support the cooking team during service by providing assistance as needed. Help with inventory management by keeping track of supplies and notifying management when stock is low. Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in maintaining the overall hygiene standards of the kitchen.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking Experience in restaurants, hotels, or other hospitality settings will be beneficial. A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry are highly valued. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
