Job Description
We're looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our back-of-house team at Fiume. This is a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our chefs during busy service.
If you're organised, energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
What you'll be doing:
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen at all times
Washing pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keeping work surfaces, sinks, and floors spotless
Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when needed
Emptying bins and ensuring waste areas remain tidy
Helping to organise deliveries and stock rotation
Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
What we're looking for:
No experience needed -- full training provided
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services
Good level of physical stamina for a fast-paced kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings/weekends
