Overview

We are seeking a Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team. This position requires a good attitude and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food safety.

12hrs minimum per week, with further hours available. Working days Wednesday through Saturday. Daytime and festive period availability essential.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Dishwashing baskets, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment both by hand and by dishwasher Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met at all times Use the appropriate equipment, materials, and chemicals to clean the kitchen and surrounding areas to a high standard Maintain storage areas Regularly empty waste bins, disposing of waste and recycling correctly Maintain the upkeep of the bin area Support your team during service by collectingingredients from storage areas or fridges Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as equipment cleaning & changing filters Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times Assist in opening and closing the kitchen to high standards, ensuring cleanliness is upheld

Experience

Experience is not necessary, just a good attitude Can work well within a team, but also with their own initiative A desire to support a kitchen team
