Kitchen Assistant - Live-Out Position

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated

Kitchen Assistant

to join our kitchen team. This hands-on role involves supporting the chefs with food preparation and maintaining a clean, well-organized kitchen. You'll play an important part in upholding our high standards of food hygiene and helping deliver top-quality meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Assist chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Keep the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times Follow food hygiene and safety procedures Help with plating and presenting dishes to standard Assist with catering for hotel events and group bookings Monitor stock levels and help with ordering supplies as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is an advantage but not required Basic cooking knowledge and a willingness to learn Awareness of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment Team player with good communication skills
